✧ You may provide preferences for the audio, comp style, or mood. While I will consider these preferences, they are not guaranteed.
✧ Additional simple animations or detailed 2D animations may be requested for an extra fee.
✧ I will only deliver the completed commission.

Disclaimer

⟢ By purchasing my services (video edits/animation), you automatically agree to the following conditions as well as my rules which are public and will be reminded as necessary.
⟢ You must be able to pay via Paypal Invoicing.
⟢ All prices are listed in USD.
⟢ For commissions totalling $100 or less are to be paid in full upfront before work begins. For commissions exceeding $100, payment options can be discussed.
⟢ For commissions other than Skeb edits, you are responsible for providing the footage, clips, references, and audio assets needed for the project. If you would like me to collect these materials on your behalf, an additional fee of $5 will apply. WILL DO  : Official artwork, artwork created by the client, and artwork commissioned by the client (provided the client has appropriate rights to use it) WILL NOT DO  : Problematic content (incest, pedophilia, etc.), heavy gore, certain fandoms at my discretion, AI-generated content, real people, and fanart without explicit permission from the original artist.A breach of Kaolure's terms will result in cancellation of your current requests, a ban from doing further business with Kaolure, and legal action where applicable.

General

 CLIENT  :
⟢ You, the Client, may use, share, and upload the finished commission made for them ONLY IF it is accompanied by credit to Kaolure as the editor, and a tag to Kaolure's relevant social account.
⟢ You may not claim my work as your own.
⟢ You may not upload my work to portfolios or platforms that are intended to showcase your own work only.
⟢ You may not redistribute, resell, modify, or use my work in external projects, whether commercial or non-commercial, without my prior written permission. EDITOR  :
⟢ I reserve the right to post your finished commission on my social media platforms for any reason unless discussed and agreed otherwise beforehand.
⟢ I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
⟢ I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a full refund at any stage if I am unable or unwilling to continue the project. COMMERCIAL USAGE AGREEMENT  :
⟢ Commercial usage rights must be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
⟢ Commercial commissions are subject to a minimum fee of +100% of the base commission price (double the end sum). Additional fees may apply depending on the scope and intended usage.
⟢ The following cases are considered commercial use: Song promotions, monetized social media content, Promotional materials, and any use that directly or indirectly generates profit. COPYRIGHT  :
⟢ I reserve the right to watermark my own work.
⟢ I retain the right to use the commissioned work as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless an NDA has been agreed upon.
⟢ The client receives commercial usage rights if the clips/artworks belong to them. NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)  :
⟢ If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.
⟢ The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream any portion of the process anywhere.
⟢ An NDA fee generally begins at +5% of the total commission price, but it may differ.

Commissions

 WAITLIST  :
⟢ If my waitlist is full or you’re still unsure whether to commission me, feel free to reserve a slot for free by messaging me on any of my socials.
⟢ When your slot becomes available, I will send you a reminder on your preferred platform. Please respond within 72 hours. If I do not receive a reply within that time, your slot will be canceled. You are welcome to join the waitlist again!
⟢ You may cancel your waitlist slot at any time, either before or after you receive a reminder. ORDER PROCESS  :
⟢ A commission request is not considered accepted until I have explicitly confirmed the project and discussed any necessary details.
⟢ I reserve the right to make reasonable changes to a project to suit my editing style or creative judgment unless specific requirements have been agreed upon.
⟢ After everything is processed and confirmed, I will send you a PayPal invoice. You need to confirm the payment with me before I start your order. PAYMENT  :
⟢ You are responsible for making sure that all information provided during the transaction is accurate.
⟢ Full payment is required before work begins unless an alternative payment option has been agreed upon.
⟢ I only accept payment in USD through PayPal Invoicing.
⟢ Payment must be completed within 48 hours of invoice issuance unless discussed otherwise. Failure to pay within this period may result in cancellation of the commission slot. REFUNDS  :
⟢ Once I start the edit, there will be NO REFUNDS.
⟢ If I cancel a project for any reason, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%.
⟢ If we agree on a payment plan and work has begun after an initial deposit, that deposit remains non-refundable if you choose to cancel the project. QUEUE / SCHEDULING / DEADLINES  :
⟢ You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission, but it must be disclosed prior to payment.
⟢ I reserve the right to decline projects with deadlines that I consider unattainable.
⟢ The ETA for the final video is 1-2 months.
⟢ Harassment or excessive pressure over my work speed will NOT be tolerated. REVISIONS AND FEEDBACK  :
⟢ WIP updates may be provided upon request.
⟢ I allow up to 2 significant revisions (e.g., re-animating a scene or major animation changes) for free. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
⟢ If no previews or drafts are requested, I will proceed with full creative freedom and deliver only the completed work. FINAL PRODUCT  :
⟢ Completed commissions will be delivered through a Google Drive folder containing the final exported files.
⟢ The commissioner must respect that my editing style cannot be altered.
⟢ Finished commission files will remain available for download from me for up to 2 months. After this period, I am not responsible for maintaining backups.
⟢ I am not obligated to post your project in any public space. If I choose to display a project publicly, I have the right to remove it at any time without notice.Last Updated: Jun 22, 2026
