Procedure

Order Process
Before booking a slot, please read my Terms of Service carefully! Kindly contact me at [email protected] to request a commission.A breach of Kaolure's terms will result in cancellation of your current requests, a ban from doing further business with Kaolure, and legal action where applicable.Waitlist
If you’re still unsure about commissioning me or if my queue is too long, you can request to be in my waitlist for free. I’ll contact you once it’s your turn. If I don’t receive a response within 72 hours, your slot will be removed.

Payment

Method of Payment
I accept payments through GCash and PayPal.FIRST-TIME COMMISSIONERS: 100% upfront payment required.
RETURNING COMMISSIONERS: 50% downpayment required before work begins; remaining balance due after preview and before final delivery. You may also pay in full price.Refund Policy

Work Process

Duration
Please note that I am a full-time student. ETA is 2-4 weeks, depending on the edit's complexity and my waitlist queue. I do not accept rushed commissions.Updates
I will provide updates if requested by the commissioner. I allow up to 2 significant revisions (e.g., re-animating a scene or major animation changes) are included free of charge. Additional revisions may incur extra fees. If drafts are not requested, I will proceed with full creative freedom and only deliver the finalized video.

Rights

Personal Use
- The commissioner may use, share, upload, and repost finished video edit made for them ONLY IF it is accompanied by credit to Kaolure as the editor, and a link back to this website or a tag to Kaolure's relevant social account.
- Commissioner is NOT allowed to redistribute, resell, or claim my works or project files as your own.Commercial/Promotional Use
Please declare before commissioning (song promos, monetized content, brand promos). Pricing starts at 2× the base price.My Rights
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason and will inform you if I do so. I also reserve the right to post commissioned work on my social media or portfolio unless otherwise stated.

3D Cinematic Style - $8 per second

Prices are in USD. Pricing is based on the length of your edit (in seconds), using only the content from the first loop. Additional loops are included for free. You may also request a non-loop edit.

Take Note

I approach every commission with attention to detail. If I’m not familiar with the manga, game lore, or series you want me to edit, I take the time to read about it so I can better understand the idea behind your concept.You can have as much creative input in the commission as you’d like, or you can leave the creative concept entirely to me.
